The Enhancement of Rolling Hills

The new Rolling Hills Country Club will be welcomed both by its members and the surrounding community for the dramatic improvements it will provide. Perhaps the most important benefit will be the elimination of an industrial landfill and sand and gravel operation which generates thousands of truck trips per year, air pollution from dust, and noise pollution.

What was once a scar upon the otherwise pristine hillside will now be an Arnold Palmer golf course and valuable new homes. The re-envisioned country club will include 160 acres of greenbelt, trees and lakes to support local wildlife habitat. As part of the development, an upgrade to Palos Verdes Drive East will create a beautiful new sense of arrival to the city of Rolling Hills Estates.
